Facility Instructor

Looking for a new professional challenge?

Are you an experienced professional interested in new and exciting ways to use your leadership and organizational skills? Perhaps you are a self starter, ready for a career change or new chapter?

We are seeking responsible and dedicated individuals to be part- or full-time instructors in our upstate correctional facilities.

  • Must live within one hour of Bedford Hills, Fishkill, Napanoch, Otisville, Stormville or Wallkill, NY.
  • Role includes in-class instruction as well as socializing and evaluating dogs outside of class.
  • Candidates should be highly organized with a proven ability to work independently.
  • Accountability, preparedness, trustworthiness and reliability are essential.
  • Relevant experience preferred for part-time; required for full-time. Specific PBB training will be provided.
  • Part-time salary: $25,000-$40,000 annually; Full-time salary: $65,000-$80,000 annually
  • Compensation includes healthcare benefits, 401K match, generous vacation and holiday allowance.
