NFL x PBB
The NFL has partnered with us by sponsoring three puppies: Lombardi, Madden, and Lenny. Watch as these three little ones are loved, trained, and nurtured within the Green Haven Correctional Facility to prepare them for a life of service to others.
Chapter 1
Interdependence
Three NFL-sponsored puppies arrive at Green Haven and meet their new raisers. As their journey together begins, we see one of the foundations the Puppies Behind Bars program is built on: interdependence.
Chapter 2
A Piece of My Heart
Loving a puppy is one thing, but behind bars, it can mean something much deeper. Puppies Behind Bars shows what it means to give a piece of your heart to a dog, and through them, to someone else.
Chapter 3
A New Season
The 2026 NFL season has kicked off, but a new season is beginning behind bars too, with new milestones ahead for both the puppies and the men raising them.
Tunnel Video
Through the voice of NBC’s Mike Tirico, meet the three new NFL-sponsored puppies as they walk down a very different kind of tunnel into their new home at Green Haven.
Learning
Teaching a puppy takes patience, discipline, and trust. But as the dogs learn new commands and develop their skills, the men who train them discover that they’re learning and growing right alongside them.
