PBB Graduation Ceremony from Bedford Hills

The August 2, 2021 ceremony at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility was the culmination of a remarkable two-week period during which police officers were trained by incarcerated women in how to effectively handle and care for the wonderful dogs that have joined their departments.
