Puppies Teach Women Behind Bars to Love Again

In an innovative program at a maximum security prison for women north of New York City, inmates train puppies to become service dogs for first providers. “He taught me how to love again,” one woman says of the puppy she trained. TODAY’s Cynthia McFadden reports.
